EXATECHNIC FRANCE SAS achieves its turnover with 3 activities which are ; the delivery of buildings and technical infrastructures, engineering services in climatic-thermal-energy engineering and manufacture of industrial HVAC.
EXATECHNIC team works on small and medium-sized construction programs, industrial infrastructure engineering, representing less than 50M€ of investments.

We have built laboratories, data centers, industrial air conditioners, premises and various technical infrastructures for them, in France and over all latitudes.
EXATECHNIC FRANCE SAS was founded by Stéphane NEUVY, professional in climatic engineering and construction, from the GMCI building school in 1993, to propose an offer in the field of construction of technical buildings and industrial infrastructures, with a strong expertise in air conditioning, in thermal and energy engineering.
We started with air conditioning installations for medical activities and for the IT computing industry in the mid-90s, then the design of special air conditioners arrived. We then took charge of the construction of technical buildings, clean rooms and data centers in the 2000s. Based from Paris now, we have started to operate overseas since 2006.
With the opening of EXATECHNIC MANUFACTURING SAS in 2022, we are now producing industrial air conditioners at our new technical center, near Bordeaux – FRANCE.
EXATECHNIC FRANCE SAS is investing into a manufacturing workshop in France for the production of high reliability industrial cooling systems and air conditioners.
We are hardly working with our skilled team, our Italian and German industrial partners to develop and build strong and efficient European HVAC products.
